Karita (now Sabine) has been adopted!

Karita (now Sabine) w/RS (CCR #1064)
Female
Tortoiseshell / Domestic Short Hair
Tortoiseshell w/small white bib, white paws

Playful, funny and sweet, Karita will delight you with her antics, her confidence, and her nonstop purring. Named after a famous operatic soprano because of her vocalizations when first trapped, she quickly abandoned those wild ways, and is now a confident, stylish and dramatically beautiful kitten who loves being center-stage in your affections. She is fond of tiny toy mice, her cool angled scratcher, and listening to music of all kinds, especially opera (naturally) and classical. When she hears something she likes, she stretches luxuriously and 'makes biscuits' with her paws! But she mostly likes to interact with you. Oh, wait, there is something she loves more than just about anything: a feather wand toy!

Karita was trapped in a local condo complex with a brother and sister, and taken into foster care, where two squares a day of yummy, nutritious food turned her coat sleek and shiny, and gave her reason to want to become a card-carrying domestic pussycat. She has succeeded.

The Fine Print — While Community Cat Rescue would love to make our adoptable cats and kittens available to everyone, everywhere, we must limit our adoption service area to San Francisco Peninsula cities and towns. We simply do not have the volunteer-power or financial resources to make home visits (required for all adoptions), delivery of adopted cats/kittens and follow-up visits outside the Peninsula. An occasional, rare exception might be made, but it is not the rule.

Littermates:  Fancy (now Mia), Julius
