Adorable, sweet Ginny is a bundle of kitty love and fun!   Once she gets to know you Ginny is outgoing, confident and very friendly.  She will greet you by the door with with friendly meows, a big purr, and her silky fur is irresistible! If you have time to throw a ball or dangle a feather toy, she will play as enthusiastically as a kitten, but if you have work to do, Ginny can amuse herself (and you) by playing alone with her toys. Quiet time? Ginny loves to cuddle next to you, or in your lap.

Ginny is almost the perfect young cat...But Ginny is a bit of special needs cat.  She has a mild case of hyperesthesia, which is an anxiety condition that occasionally makes her chase and growl at her tail as if it were another animal and not connected to her body!  Fortunately her case is very mild.  She doesn't require medication and she has not had an attack in months.  The attacks seem related to stress, so Ginny does need a stable living situation with no other cats or dogs, and no young children.

Ginny was found when some local office workers began to capture, spay/neuter and feed homeless cats hanging around their building. Ginny was the only kitten found, and thankfully most of the adults are now spayed or neutered, so there should be no more kittens there.
