Chin-Chin is from a litter of eight...yes, EIGHT!...the offspring of a feral mom, caring for her brood in a neighborhood on the mid-Peninsula. A kind and concerned resident asked if we could capture the kittens, take them into foster care, and then adopt them to forever homes. She even assisted us with trapping the entire litter and the mama cat.

Chin is a beautiful, sleek Tuxedo, with an all-black face...except for her white lower chin and those amazing white eyebrows and whiskers. This kitty is devoted to her foster-pal Charlotte, who, though a month or two younger than Chin, runs the show. Chin-Chin is very slow to adjust to and accept new people into her sphere, and takes quite a lot of warming up time. But once she trusts you, she is loving, playful, and quite adorable, will cuddle on the couch with you, and sleep in your bed (if allowed). Besides Charlotte, Chin has been raised with her fosterers' adult cats and two big dogs, so she really likes and accepts the company of other animals in the house.
