Buddy is not ready for adoption

Buddy w/JT (CCR #1483)
Male
Domestic Short Hair
Gray & White Tuxedo
8 years old

This very friendly big boy is being called 'Buddy' by his rescuer/caregiver. Being such a big cat does give him a stern, even grumpy look, but he is a very nice boy. Buddy appeared recently at a fairly new homeless-cat feeding station in the East Bay, and when first seen was going through garbage (!) in a dumpster to find food,  until he discovered the cat food being left by volunteers. Buddy was probably dumped or left behind by an uncaring person when they moved.

Buddy is now living in foster home and he's really happy with the luxurious life of an indoor cat. He loves being petted and brushed by his rescuer, and welcomes her each time she appears.  This strapping, big fellow is 'all boy,' but is as sweet, loving, and gentle as he is big.

For more detailed information, or to apply to be considered to adopt (or foster) Buddy, complete an application and his caregiver will contact you. Submitting an application does not obligate you to adopt Buddy or any cat, but is the necessary first step in the process, and to obtain more information about Buddy.
